Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

This policy describes what you may and may not do on DejaBars. It applies to every account,

including team members, API keys and the MCP integration. Breaching it can lead to suspension or

closure of your account under the Terms of Service.

1. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old. Do not create an account if you are under

18, and do not help anyone under 18 use the Service.

2. Allowed

  • Draw, save, edit and share patterns; run searches within your token allowance.
  • Use the API and MCP integration with your own API keys, inside the documented rate limits.
  • Share patterns with your team and use shared reports.

3. Not allowed

  • Automated bulk extraction. No scraping, crawling, mirroring or bulk downloading of the

Service, its data or its compiled results. API keys exist for programmatic use, not for

building a copy of the dataset.

  • Resale and redistribution. No reselling access, sublicensing the Service, or publishing our

results or data as your own product.

  • Circumvention. No bypassing token costs, rate limits, queue order, paywalls, bot protection

(including Turnstile) or authentication; no sharing accounts or credentials.

  • Reverse engineering. No decompiling, disassembling or attempting to extract source code,

except where the law expressly allows it.

  • Abuse of infrastructure. No load testing, denial-of-service attempts, aggressive retry

loops, or activity that degrades the Service for others.

  • Abuse of people. No harassment, threats, hate speech or spam — including through support

tickets, team invites or pattern names.

  • Illegal use. No use that breaks the law of Poland or of your own country,

including market manipulation, money laundering or sanctions evasion.

  • Misrepresenting the Service. Do not present DejaBars output as investment advice,

verified signals, or a guarantee of profit, and do not remove or hide the disclaimer when you

share results.

4. Fair use of shared features

Team sharing is for people who work together. Do not use teams to grant broad public access, and

do not share patterns or reports that contain someone else's confidential information.

5. AI features

Patterns generated from your text or an uploaded image are produced by a third-party AI model.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, that you have no right to send, or that contains personal

data about someone else. See the Privacy Policy for how that content is

processed.

6. Enforcement

We may warn you, throttle you, suspend or close your account, or block API access if we believe

this policy has been breached. Where the situation allows it, we tell you first and give you a

chance to fix it.

7. Reporting

Report abuse or a security issue to [email protected]. For data-protection matters use
