{"slug":"terms-of-service","title":"Terms of Service","content":"# Terms of Service\n\nLast updated: 15 September 2026\n\nThese terms govern your use of DejaBars at https://dejabars.com (the \"Service\"), operated by\nVladyslav Omelchenko (\"we\", \"us\"), Poland.\n\nBy creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree,\ndo not use the Service.\n\n## 1. Who may use the Service\n\nYou must be at least 18 years old to create an account and to use the Service. We do\nnot provide the Service to users under 18. You are responsible for the accuracy of\nthe information you give us and for keeping your credentials confidential.\n\n## 2. What the Service does\n\nThe Service lets you draw a price pattern and search historical market data for segments with\na similar shape. Matching is a mathematical similarity computation over past data. It is an\ninformation tool only.\n\n**The Service does not provide investment advice, trading signals, recommendations or\npredictions**, and nothing in it is a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. See the\n[Disclaimer](/docs/disclaimer).\n\n## 3. Accounts, teams and access\n\n- One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account.\n- You may share patterns with a team. Team owners and co-owners control membership; content\n  shared to a team may be visible to every member of that team.\n- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the\n  [Acceptable Use Policy](/docs/acceptable-use-policy).\n\n## 4. Tokens, plans and payment\n\n- Searches consume tokens. Free accounts receive a weekly token allowance; paid plans include\n  a larger weekly allowance.\n- Purchases are processed by **Paddle.com Market Ltd** as the merchant of record. Paddle sells\n  the plan to you on our behalf, issues the invoice and handles payment-related support.\n  Paddle's buyer terms apply to the sale of the plan.\n- Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected until you cancel.\n- Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. See the\n  [Refund Policy](/docs/refund-policy) for refunds.\n- Prices, allowances and plan features are shown on the pricing page and may change for future\n  periods. We will give notice before a change affects an active subscription.\n\n## 5. Your content\n\nYou keep ownership of the patterns, sketches and text you create. You grant us the licence\nneeded to store, process, display and share that content as required to run the Service\n(for example, rendering a shared pattern for whoever holds the share link).\n\nYou are responsible for the content you upload. Uploaded images that you submit to the pattern\ngenerator are sent to our AI provider as described in the [Privacy Policy](/docs/privacy-policy).\n\n## 6. Our content and intellectual property\n\nThe Service, its software, its interface and the compiled data are protected by law. You may\nnot copy, resell, scrape or redistribute them except as allowed by the\n[Acceptable Use Policy](/docs/acceptable-use-policy) or by mandatory law. Market data is\nobtained from third-party sources and remains subject to their terms.\n\n## 7. Availability and changes\n\nWe aim to keep the Service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free\noperation. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may interrupt access.\nLong searches may be queued, rate-limited or stopped after the configured time limit, in which\ncase partial results can still be returned.\n\n## 8. Liability\n\nThe Service is provided \"as is\". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect\nor consequential loss, lost profits or trading losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you\nhave as a consumer under mandatory law, including your statutory withdrawal right.\n\n## 9. Ending the agreement\n\nYou can delete your account at any time from your account page; deletion removes your personal\ndata as described in the [Privacy Policy](/docs/privacy-policy). We may end the agreement if you\nbreach these terms or if we discontinue the Service, in which case prepaid periods are refunded\non a pro-rata basis.\n\n## 10. Governing law\n\nThese terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit\nfrom the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.\n\n## 11.
